Upon successful payment, the digital voucher code or product will be delivered electronically within 4-6 hours of placing the order. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to system updates, technical issues, or other factors.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will be delivered digitally via email. In the case of any delays, we will notify you promptly via the email address provided.

3. Delivery Confirmation

After purchasing a voucher, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email containing the voucher code. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for these emails. If you do not receive the voucher code within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@mygamersworld.com for assistance.

4. Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during checkout, especially your email address. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered during the purchase process, and no refunds will be provided for delivery issues arising from such errors. If you realize you have entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately.

5. Non-Delivery Issues

If you have not received your voucher or digital product within the specified time, please contact us at support@mygamersworld.com. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, such as resending the voucher or providing a refund in the event of an irreparable issue.

6. Refunds and Replacements

As all our products are digital and delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds unless there is a confirmed issue with the delivery process or an error on our part. We will work with you to resolve any problems.
